Lone Star Bakery, Inc. is looking for Maintenance Technicians to work the third shift.  Experience will determine salary. 

Job Functions:

• Troubleshoot.
• Repair automated and integrated production equipment including:
  • Mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical and control systems
• Minimize production/packaging downtime.
• Improve yield and quality as well as assist with the retrofits and upgrades of the production/packaging equipment.

Minimum requirements:

• High School diploma with 2+ years of experience
  • 2-5 years of related experience experience must include manufacturing equipment maintenance, repair and troubleshooting.
• Some PC skills required.
• Strongly prefer experience in food manufacturing. Experience with automated manufacturing processes in Food and Beverage Manufacturing a plus.
• Experience with DC voltage 0-30V and AC 0-480V is a plus.
• Experience with AC/DC Inverters a plus.
