• Providing a new hourly pay structure that replaces a per visit rate. RNs and LPNs are paid for their time and receive applicable shift differential for weekend, holiday, or off shift work.
• Providing on-call pay and call back pay when scheduled to work an on- call shift.
• Established a productivity rate to ensure you spend more quality time with your patients.
• Home Care staff participate in organizational and unit based committees/councils. Nurses are encouraged to share in the decision making process that affects the care delivery model and patient outcomes

Frederick Health values the safety of all our staff.  All Home Care staff receive safety training specific to the Home Environment of Care as part of orientation in addition to receiving a personal safety alert device.  

Position requirements:

Active license in the State of Maryland; 2 years of hands-on experience in an acute care setting (Skilled Nursing Facility included if performed skilled tasks and patient care). Must be able to demonstrate expertise in tasks such as venipuncture, wound care and medication management.

Position Details:
• Full time position 80 hrs per pay period
• M-F 8:00a-4:30p with holiday requirement
• MBON LPN license
• BLS required
