Job Summary:

Identifies, executes, and supports sales strategies and growth initiatives and market coverage and key projects across the Market Lead team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports the development and implementation of diverse company strategic initiatives; links and aligns the efforts of groups across the organization.
  • Supports leadership to drive impactful and seamless execution of business operational improvement projects.
  • Provides administrative, analytical, and conceptual support for strategic business operations initiatives, partnering with key stakeholders to ensure success of projects.
  • Ensures successful definition, set-up, and implementation of change programs across all aspects of the business in conjunction with line management.
  • Creates, maintains, and regularly reports status of strategic sales efforts trackers and project trackers as directed by Director of Markets and Senior Management Team.
  • Fosters clear communication and collaboration between various teams and business owners.
  • Assists Market Leads, Director, and Senior Management Team on strategic initiatives, tracking, and implementation of best practices.
  • Supports business operations team on an as-needed basis, including key sales tours and project meetings.
  • Performs other duties as requested or assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.

Work Experience

  • Two (2) + years work experience required in a sales or sales support role.
  • Multi-department coordination or Project Management preferred.
  • Experience in Media sales or B2B sales process a plus.

Skills

  • Proven ability to formulate quantitative and qualitative analyses based on statistical coursework and/or professional experience.
  • Able to make data-driven decisions, both strategic and tactical

  • Employee must have the ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands.
  • Employee must have the ability to lift and move items up to fifteen pounds.
  • Employee must be able to cover long distances within an airport environment.
  • Employee must have the ability to see written documents and computer screens, and to adjust focus.
  • This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.

Other Requirements

  • Able to travel outside of the office 25% of scheduled time.
  • Varying work shifts and/or work weeks exceeding forty (40) hours in duration may be required.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
