Job Summary:
Conduct regular patient rounds and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure highest quality of care
Foster a positive work environment and assist with team-building initiatives
Participate in staff training and development programs
Review of nursing documentation to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies
Address and resolve any patient care concerns or complaints
Provide leadership in a high paced working environment primarily on the evening shift
Requirements
BSN required
Current RN license with psychiatric nursing experience and with some experience in management preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Schedule information: Full time position, 40 hours per week, schedule Monday through Friday 2p-10:30pm with some flexibility around hours and every 3rd rotating weekend with a day off the week before and after the weekend rotation. Some flexibility with hours on the weekend rotation.
