DESCRIPTION: Patricio Enterprises, Inc. is recruiting to fill a Systems Engineer, Executive position in support of Project Manager Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PM PNT). This role will be responsible for proactively identifying and mitigating program-level risks, driving innovation in PNT technologies, and ensuring alignment with Army modernization priorities.

Primary duties will include (but not limited to):

• Provides strategic guidance and oversight across all systems engineering activities for PM PNT products.
• Supports all phases of the system lifecycle, from concept development through fielding and beyond, adhering to DoD guidance, IEEE 1220 standards, and PM PNT established processes.
• Leads complex integration efforts, ensuring seamless interoperability with current and emerging warfighting capabilities.
• Represents PM PNT at key technical forums and be responsible for mentoring and developing the technical expertise of the systems engineering team.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Deep understanding of DOTMLPF analysis and its impact on system design and implementation.
• Thorough knowledge of the Systems Engineering Management Process and Implementation, as applied to the Department of Army/DOD Acquisition process throughout all life cycle phases.
• Knowledge of DOD policies on Systems Engineering, Integrated Product and Process Development (IPPD) and IPT Management.
• Ability to coordinate and negotiate design and engineering activities with other related programs and organizations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors Degree.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related scientific or technical discipline preferred.
• Fifteen (15) years related experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: This is an on-site position with normal office working environment. Ad-hoc teleworking / compressed work weeks will be permitted when it is in the Government's best interest to accomplish the mission. The Contractor, with agreement by the COR, may allow its employees to work an alternate work schedule (typically matching that of local Government employees), but any alternate work schedule shall not prevent the Contractor’s employees from providing necessary staffing and services when required by the Government.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Up to 15%. Workforce locations include Fort Belvoir, VA; Washington, DC; Huntsville, AL; Warren, MI; Robins AFB, GA; Ft Jackson, SC; Los Angeles AFB, CA; White Sands Missile Range, NM; Fort Huachuca, AZ, and various OCONUS sites, as required.
