Eligible Applicants must have a Valid Driver's License AND 6 months of professional work/Volunteer experience supporting vulnerable populations (ex. caregiver, nanny, paraeducator, direct support professional, etc.)  

Available Schedule: Thursday-Monday 2pm-10pm

Job Description

We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to assist children ages 12-21 with disabilities, behavioral or medical complexities in our residential program. 

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP/Caregiver), you will support children with activities that focus on increasing their independence. As a DSP/Caregiver, you will work with children to provide coaching, supervision, and role modeling life skills. The job may also include transportation, medication administration, meal preparation, and assistance with personal cares. 

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license required
  • 6 months of professional work experience supporting vulnerable populations required (ex. caregiver, nanny, paraeducator, direct support professional, etc.) 
  • 6 months of volunteer experience may be used in lieu of professional work experience. 
  • Must be 21 years of age or older per Washington state licensing requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
