This rewarding position offers full-time hours for the entire 2024-2025 school year, providing a stable and fulfilling opportunity for the right candidate.
Duties:
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students' educational plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.

Requirements

  • ASHA certification preferred
  • PEL certification required before the beginning of the assignment
  • Master's degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology is required
  • Must hold an active Illinois state license to practice Speech Language Pathology
