- In depth understanding of CRM business processes like Sales Management, Opportunity Management, Territory Management, Forecasting, Campaign Management, Lead Management, Account Management and Case Management.
- The SFDC Business Analyst will be responsible for the full systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation of various functional architecture solutions for SFDC and Force.com platform.
- Experience with enterprise territory management planning
- 2- 3 Yrs Experience with Collaborative forecasting in SFDC
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Apache MQ as ESB and experience with other middleware
- As an Business Analyst - should provide guidance to the development of Salesforce.com applications to support business and product strategies.
- Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration and support.
- Experience working with design, implementation, and support of knowledge management solutions and related technologies for collaborative information sharing
- Experience with large Full Life Cycle (FLC) project implementations.
- Independently work on assigned technical requirements and build SFDC deliverables within assigned timeframe.
- Responsible to complete technical design document, Release notes, Build notes etc.
- Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required.
- Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends in technology.
- Experience with client facing consulting engagements and also in a delivery role
- Extensive experience within management consulting or consulting services.
- Salesforce.com DEV401, SFDC Sales Cloud Consultant Certifications.
- Salesforce.com integration and extension, features, designing solutions, using the Force.com API, APEX, Visualforce and other tools that extend the product.
- Project management expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies.

- Command over APEX and Visual force pages is a must.
- Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery.
- Mentorship of more junior team members in business analysis, project management and SalesForce.Com Best Practices.
- Support presales activities inclusive of participating in sales calls, proposal development .
- Manage offshore projects desirable
- Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools
- SFDC Certifications Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
- Should have hands-on expertise in some of the following technologies: Force.com, APEX, VisualForce, Workflows, Integration/EAI technologies (e.g. Pervasive, Informatica, Jitterbit, ESB)
