Responsibilities

We are in search of a skilled Progressive Care Registered Nurse to closely monitor the health of patients in our progressive care unit. You will be responsible for assessing changes in cardiac and other vital signs, starting life-saving interventions, and administering medication dose titration. To guarantee success, the Critical Care Stepdown Registered Nurse must be able to work in a high-stress environment and have a history of caring for critically ill patients in step-down departments.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Current and valid state RN License.2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.3. Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current preferred.4. Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.5. Ventilator Management experience preferred.6. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
