Our client is a premier global real estate and lifestyle company with assets valued at over $60 billion. The Receptionist will be responsible for the overall front desk and administrative support for the corporate office.
Responsibilities:
Answer and field any incoming calls and emails
Book conference rooms and visitor offices for guests and staff
First point of contact for any maintenance troubleshooting
Maintain and coordinate daily meetings and events in all conference rooms
Receive and direct deliveries
Assist admin staff with document production
Take inventory and order all supplies needed for the office and staff
Assist staff with admin tasks as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
2-3 years of related experience
Comfortable working with various technologies and software’s
