Responsibilities

The Receptionist will receive the patient and direct them to the services needed. Making appointments and making preliminary assessment category of payment for patients are essential before provider can see them. Make patient appointments and follow up appointments.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Previous experience as a receptionist preferred.2. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.3. Effective written and verbal communication skills4. Ability to multi-task, prioritize needs to meet required timelines5. Analytical and problem-solving skills6. Customer Services experience required7. High School Graduate or GED Equivalent preferred

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $20.00 to $23.22. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
