As a School Psychologist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of our students. Collaborating closely with educators, parents, and other professionals, you will contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Duties:
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students facing various challenges.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' academic, social, and emotional needs.
  • Assist in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
  • Stay updated on best practices and research in the field of school psychology to enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor students' progress and adjust interventions as necessary to ensure their continued growth and development.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss students' progress and develop comprehensive support plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students' academic success.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid school psychology license in the state of Illinois.
  • Possess a Master's Degree in School or Educational Psychology.
  • Eligible for or currently holding endorsement in School Psychology.
