Job Description

Are you looking for a rewarding career in eye care? Do you have a passion for helping people see better? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Walmart Optician team! As a Walmart Developmental Optician, you will receive on the job training while providing quality eye care services to our customers. You will work in collaboration with a Licensed Optician and with a variety of optical products and equipment, ensuring that they are clean, functional, and up to date. 

You’ll make an impact by…  

• Providing quality eye care services to our customers, assisting with selecting the best eyewear for their needs, lifestyle, and budget. 

• Learning to perform adjustments, repairs, and fittings of glasses and contact lenses. You will work closely with the licensed optometrist to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of care and satisfaction.

• Are interested in learning to be an Optician 

• You have a passion for helping people see better and feel confident about their vision 

• You enjoy interacting with customers and providing them with personalized solutions for their eye care needs 

Qualifications

• at least 18 years old 

• Interest in becoming an Optician
