Position Summary:

Responsible for evaluation, planning, directing, and administering therapy modalities of treatment in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability. Assist patients to reach their maximum level of performance and function while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities. Inpatient experience preferred. Rehabilitation Services is both a beautiful, new 5000 sq./ft. outpatient adult ortho/neuro and aquatic center. Rehab is adjacent to a 100 bed hospital that is a level 3 trauma center with CMS 4-star; CVMC is also certified by the Joint Commission in Bone and Joint and Hip Fracture pathways. The Rehab team consists of PTs/PTAs, OTs/COTA and SLPs.  PTs are doctorate trained with a FAAOMPT, vestibular certified, OCS, MLD, Loud/Big certifications and other specialty training allowing for mentorship, whether you are a new grad or an experienced therapist looking to specialize.

***$10,000.00 Sign On Bonus and relocation assistance with at least two years experience.  Two year commitment is required. Former CVMC employees who left within one year not eligible for sign on bonus and relocation***

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's Degree or Doctorate preferred.
• Active Occupational Therapist License required.
• Must obtain CPR within 90 days hire.
