Job Description

Perform routine and complex clinical procedures with minimal to moderate supervision. Recognize unusual results or difficulties and make necessary simple corrections and adjustments. Bring complex problems to the immediate attention of the Supervisor. Responsible for the quality, efficiency, and safety in the performance of technical work. Properly handles specimens, supplies and equipment.  Provides care to pediatric patients of varying ages with age related needs.

Required Experience

Work Experience:

License/Registration/Certification: 

Eligible for certification as a Medical Technologist with A.S.C.P., N.C.A. or equivalent.              

Education and Training:

Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science or related field.
