DESCRIPTION: MSK TriTech Group, LLC (MSK), a wholly owned subsidiary of Patricio Enterprises, is looking to fill a Theater Senior Logistician position in Stuttgart.

Primary duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Coordinate system transportation in and out of areas of operation.
  • Monitor helium and coordinating helium transportation.
  • Review logistic support requirements in OCONUS environments.
  • Perform container management and provide recommendations for inventory disposition.
  • Assist in site survey analysis.
  • Assist and provide expertise in the familiarization on aerostats systems.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Must be able to brief / instruct in a large or small group setting.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must be detail oriented and organized.
  • Must be able to work on many different projects at one time.
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Operational knowledge of SharePoint is desired.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • 10 or more years of working experience in the Life Cycle Logistics field and familiarity with Defense Acquisition.
  • BA/BS or higher.
  • An additional 8 years experience in a related field may be substituted for education. A Masters degree or higher may be substituted for 4 years of experience as long as their degree is in a related field.
  • Expertise with flight requirements for aerostats (20M or larger), including knowledge of flight certifications and flight parameters (Desired).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: reaching, sifting, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity. Occasionally lifts to 20 lbs.

Employees must be able to see and hear, read, and write effectively in English. Requires adaptability, analyzing, assessing, calculating, decision making, dependability, good judgment, reading, memorizing, social skills, speaking, stress control and writing. Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information; Ability to apply common sense in performing job. Ability to complete routine forms, use existing form letters and/or conduct routine oral communication. Ability to make decisions which have significant impact on the immediate work unit.

FARS Clause 252.225-7040 (DFARS Clause 252.225-7995 for CENTCOM), Contractor Personnel Authorized to Accompany U.S. Armed Forces Deployed Outside the United States, applies. The clause shall be used in solicitations and contracts that authorize contractor personnel to accompany U.S. Armed Forces deployed outside the U.S. in contingency operations; humanitarian or peacekeeping operations; or other military operations or exercises, when designated by the combatant commander. The clause discusses the following AT/OPSEC related topics: required compliance with laws and regulations, pre-deployment requirements, required training (per combatant command guidance), and personnel data required.

All Contractor personnel travelling OCONUS shall be required to take appropriate OCONUS security/terrorism training and attend CONUS replacement center training or equivalent prior to deployment. All Contractor personnel travelling to and within U.S Central Command (CENTCOM) shall be responsible for obtaining required medical documentation for obtaining United States Army individual replacement deployment operations (IRDO), combat readiness/safety center, national deployment center and/or United States Army Corps of Engineers deployment center medical clearances, obtaining passports and visas, theater clearances, and other procedures required for travel within the CENTCOM area of responsibility (AOR).

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Deploy CONUS/OCONUS.  Travel by surface and air to austere locations with widely ranging climatic conditions.
