Kendal at Hanover is seeking aGeneral Maintenance/Landscaperteam member to join our Facilities Team!
Primary roles and responsibilities include:
- Performing prescribed grounds maintenance tasks on a self-starting basis such as grass mowing, planting, installing signs, and other general maintenance repairs as required.
- Keeping roadways and walkways free of ice and snow.
- Performing project assignments and renovations.
- Performing work requests to building interiors/ exteriors such as woodwork, furnishings, finishes, hardware, and maintaining grounds.
- Supporting the operational needs of the facility as needed.

Work schedule:Monday through Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break, as well as occasional on call responsibilities.
