Job Title: Junior Designer (2624)

Location: Dallas, TX

Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years’ professional experience within an architectural firm with design of large-scale projects.
• Multifamily experience preferred.
• Advanced degree in Architecture or Design preferred with a rigorous design education.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Outstanding graphic presentation skills.
• Meticulous with all drawings.
• Time management skills to honor deadlines and schedules.
• Strong, persuasive communicator with excellent verbal presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex design concepts to clients.
• Ability to use 2D/3D software, including AutoCAD, 3D Studio MAX, SketchUp, PhotoShop, In Design and Illustrator , and PowerPoint.
• Ability to produce hand sketch conceptual / schematic drawings.
• Use of REVIT a plus.
