JOB OVERVIEW
Leads project management of low and medium complexity IT enterprise projects; adheres to established metrics for project success; applies standards (e.g., delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages project delivery process, scope, and costs of low and medium complexity projects under supervision; drives completion of the project.
- Assists in maintaining and validating the project scope, plans and schedules for projects; adheres to established metrics for project success; applies standards (e.g., delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance).
- Supports in monitoring identified risks to project success and informs applicable stakeholders.
- Manages stakeholder relationships; executes technical project communication plan.
- Supports in managing change by identifying impacts of the project, building awareness and support for change within the organization.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent experience required.
- Eighteen (18) months of experience in IT required.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Good communication skills.
- Previous experience with IT project management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office are a plus.
