- Participate in the full talent acquisition lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
- Oversee vendor relationships, optimizing our HR partnerships.
- Navigate employee relations matters with empathy and strong conflict resolution skills.
- Utilize HRIS systems and processes to maintain accurate records and streamline operations.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- A Bachelor's degree in HR Management and/or Business.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, benefits/compensation, vendor management, and employee relations.
- Strong technical proficiency with HRIS systems and processes.
- A people-centered approach with excellent active listening skills, conflict resolution abilities, and a talent for navigating relationships with employees and managers at all levels.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually
