  • Participate in the full talent acquisition lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, optimizing our HR partnerships.
  • Navigate employee relations matters with empathy and strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Utilize HRIS systems and processes to maintain accurate records and streamline operations.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • A Bachelor's degree in HR Management and/or Business.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, benefits/compensation, vendor management, and employee relations.
  • Strong technical proficiency with HRIS systems and processes.
  • A people-centered approach with excellent active listening skills, conflict resolution abilities, and a talent for navigating relationships with employees and managers at all levels.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually
