Job Description
HR Analyst
Hybrid, 2-3 days a week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze and report on metrics relating to employee engagement, retention, turnover and job satisfaction
Identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Manage employee surveys and feedback mechanisms. Analyze results to identify strengths and weaknesses in policies, programs and employee experience
Research and stay up to date on employment laws, regulations and best practices to assist the HR Operations Manager
Compile, analyze and report workforce demographic data to support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
Provide ad hoc reports and analyses as needed to support strategic planning, budgeting and decision making
Respond to employee requests in a timely manner with regards to payroll, HR and HRIS concerns
Perform special projects and research as assigned

Required Skills and Abilities:
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
Proficiency with HRIS systems and data analysis/reporting tools like Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate data into clear, audience-appropriate presentations
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Strong work ethic and commitment to exceptional customer service
Education and Experience:
High school diploma required. Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field a plus
2-4 years of experience in recruiting or human resources
Retail and/or food manufacturing experience a plus
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
