Assists in food service and preparation. Lead assigned efforts related to quality assurances, inventory, menu development, customer satisfaction and patient education materials.
Requirements Five (5) years previous experience in food service operations. Prefer two (2) years experience in food service management with demonstrated leadership skills. Completion of approved Dietary Manager, Bachelor's of Science or Associate Degree in related fields helpful.
Licensure ServSafe Manager/ODH Certification in Food Protection
