Job Title: BAS Field Engineer/Programmer

Job Summary: The BAS Field Engineer will work with our clients on creating a database of control programs and systems, programming, and installing the Control Systems for the clients’ buildings. This is a non-exempt position, subject to overtime and reports to the Field Engineering Supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Creating Controls Program and Systems Database - Working with Installation Team to cross check and document correct installation of wiring and control devices - Testing of control programs - Integrate system to on-board micro-processors - Documentation of systems’ compliance with design - Provide control drawings to engineering/drafting group - Provide test documentation to customer

Qualifications:

•Mechanical Engineering Degree preferred

• 5+ Years Controls Experience

• Ability to read construction blue prints and electrical schematics

• Knowledge of HVAC control systems required

• Knowledge of electrical schematics required

• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks

• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Windows XP, file structure, basic TCP/IP network structure and web navigation

• Knowledge of Visio a plus but not required

• Knowledge of ALC Controls and/or other DDC Controls

• Clean Driving Record Required

• Able to lift 30 lbs.

    • Salary Range from $110,000 to $130,000
