Position Details:
Join a single-dentist practice in Athens, TN.
The current dentist is retiring, offering a smooth transition.
Operates in a facility with a total of 5 operatories.
Supported by 2 full-time hygienists.
Focused on PPO insurance and FFS (Fee-for-Service) patients.
Salary range varies based on skill set and procedures offered, typically ranging from $150,000 to $350,000.
Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive dental care, focusing on patient comfort and satisfaction.
Diagnose and treat dental conditions, customizing treatment plans for individual patient needs.
Perform restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dentistry procedures with precision and care.
Collaborate effectively with the dental team, including hygienists and support staff, to ensure seamless patient care.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
Active, unrestricted dental license in the state of Tennessee.
