About the Construction Estimator Role

We are seeking a Construction Estimator with strong experience in commercial construction to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing the full lifecycle of project proposals – from site visits to final estimates.

Construction Estimator Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate client requests and develop detailed, accurate proposals.
• Perform construction bidding and cost estimating.
• Conduct pre-bid site visits and assessments.
• Review bid documents and manage the proposal process.
• Prepare conceptual scope of work drawings.
• Solicit pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
• Source new subcontractors and vendors.
• Maintain and update historical cost data and vendor lists.

Construction Estimator Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong background in commercial construction estimating 5 plus years.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
