Overview:
Scrum masters who can also coach on agile practices while managing the team.
Details:
Lead 1 or more scrum teams to help in the successful delivery of technical solutions
Facilitate scrum team decision making and mentor scrum team members
Own and support the Agile process
Report Agile team status and Agile metrics (using Rally)
Oversee assignments of documentation deliverables
Agile team contact to the Project Manager
Work with the product owner delegate to schedule product demos
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand up, review, retrospective)
Engage on rigorous process and delivery management
