About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and talented Civil Designer (EIT) with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing civil engineering firm specializing in land development projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects.

  • Prepare detailed engineering plans, drawings, and specifications.

  • Conduct site assessments and collect field data for project planning.

  • Perform calculations for grading, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure systems.

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

  • Certification: Engineer-in-Training (EIT) required.

  • Experience: 1–3 years in civil engineering (land development preferred).

  • Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related design tools.

  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Knowledge: Understanding of local, state, and federal regulations for land development.
