Salary: $21.00/hr - $26/hr DOE

2nd Shift - $1 Shift Diff 

Responsibilities

• Analyze of composites - water-physical, chemical and microbiological parameters
• Operation of analytical equipment such as pH / EC / TDS meters, UV-visible spectrophotometers, ovens, furnaces, incubators, fusion machines
• Managing the calibration of glass wares and the instruments and maintenance, cleaning and checking of equipment
• Ensure work compliance to ISO 17025 requirements
• Coordinating with the other technicians in the team to carry out work as per the planning schedule
• Generating test reports for clients (data entry, quality assurance)

This is a fast-paced environment, and we need someone who is proactive, self-motivated and a team player. The person for this role will be a specialist in their field, respected by all who they work with, keen to learn and enthusiastic in the face of challenge. You will need :

• College level courses completed and/or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a testing related field
• Understanding of testing concepts
• Strong computer skills
• Working knowledge of laboratory safety
• Analyzes and compiles testing data from the tests performed
• May have earned associate degree in related testing field
