Our client is a 500 person mid-sized health tech insurance provider. The CFO will lead the organization’s finance operations including people, processes, and systems.
Responsibilities:
Serve as strategic finance leader and business partner to the CEO and Executive team
Manage processes for financial forecasting and budgeting
Maintain executive responsibility for financial operations including working capital, capital expenditures, banking, accounting, audits, tax and pricing
Ensure that revenue streams are budgeted, monitored, and tracked by creating and regularly reconciling annual business plans with primary revenue generators
Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses
Maintain stable cash flow management policies and procedures and ensure cash resources are available for daily operations
Work with management to develop risk mitigation and other related strategies
Manage financial systems and proactively improve processes upon discretion
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
10-20 years of financial leadership experience
Experience in a middle market company
Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry preferred
