Position Overview:

As an Employee Cafeteria Cook & Attendant, you will prepare and serve meals for our team, ensuring every associate enjoys fresh, delicious, and nutritious food. You maintain the cafeteria’s cleanliness and organization, assist with food prep and service, and support a smooth, welcoming dining environment. By combining culinary skill with attentiveness and efficiency, you help foster a positive, energizing experience for our employees, supporting their well-being and the vibrant culture that makes The Ben a special place to work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals for employee dining according to set standards.
• Serve meals to associates with professionalism, courtesy, and care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of food prep and cafeteria areas.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with cafeteria and kitchen teams to ensure smooth meal service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of cafeteria spaces as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cafeteria, kitchen, or food service preferred.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Ability to maintain quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, consistency, and commitment to supporting team members.
• Professional attitude, teamwork skills, and flexibility with scheduling.
