OPEN POSITIONS:

CHILDWATCH BABYSITTER – $15.50/hour

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 16 or older (with valid NYS working papers for minors)
• Prior childcare or babysitting experience required.
• Babysitting Certification is preferred.

Available Shifts: 

• Monday - Friday  4:15pm - 7:45pm
• Saturday 7:45am - 12:15pm

YOUTH PROGRAM INSTRUCTOR – $16.43/hour

Minimum Qualifications:

• HS Diploma/ GED is required.
• College level study in a physical education, health education or recreational program is preferred
• Previous experience in coordinating a similar recreational program
• Appropriate professional certifications based on the following Youth Programs:
  • Tumbling Tots
  • Preschool Gymnastics
  • STEM
  • Youth Soccer
  • Pickleball League
  • Youth Basketball
  • Art 

Available Shifts: 

• Monday - Friday  5:00pm - 7:00pm
• Saturdays & Sundays between 8:30am - 11:30am (based on specific program)

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (ALL POSITIONS):

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to relate to diverse groups in the community
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (completed within 30 days of hire)
• New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Bloodborne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire)
