Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
A minimum of 4 years experience in user experience design, information architecture, or interaction design
A solid academic background in human-computer interaction or related field
Experienced with both content-driven applications and task-oriented, experiential web sites; as well as across multiple platforms including mobile and touch-based interfaces
A thorough understanding of current web technologies and usability best practices
Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
