Location This role will be full-time, laboratory based in our Lawrence Kanas office. This requirement may be adjusted at any time depending on business needs.
Essential Role Responsibilities Strong experience with analytical and formulation techniques including HPLCs, UPLCs, Mass Spect, osmometers, colorimeter, densitometer, microscopy, and pH meters. Required to be able to work well independently as well as work collaboratively across other functional groups The successful candidate will have clear and concise verbal and written communication skills Meticulous record keeping, and strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to details and quality are key requirements Comfortable with the flexible nature of a data driven environment Candidates will also be expected to contribute to laboratory support duties that are associated with operating a productive pharmaceutical industry research group Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional associations/groups/memberships
Experience and Skills BS degree or MS degree in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacology, or a related discipline with 1-3 years relevant experience preferred Laboratory knowledge including HPLC analytical techniques Experience with analytical sciences is preferred Highly motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication, and impeccable record keeping skills
