Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute:
1. Candidate is supposed to handle and respond to tickets raised with respect to Hadoop Admin related activities. He need to respond to user queries, resolve their issues and ensure that the system remains healthy.
2. Candidate needs to have discussion with clients and business to understand the requirements for enhancements as well as identify a plan to implement bug fixes.
3. Candidate needs to have strong hands-on technical knowledge to analyze root cause for issues and based on his understanding of the architecture, he will have to propose a solution.
