Description:

About the Role:
Support TCS Office with administrative tasks including but not limited to the below: 
oRelieve management of project administrative detail 
oManage Executive Calendar /Travel itinerary 
oEvent and meeting coordination including attendee transportation, hotel bookings, travel arrangements, A/V requirements, catering, etc.
oFile Travel and Expenses in the system
oArrange customer/employee appreciation events
oArrange Team building events
oCompose and manage correspondence/reports/contracts for Executive’s signature
oArrange essential mail in priority action order and distribute to TCS staff
oCheck deadlines on incoming requests and put preliminary work in play 
oProcess replies on own initiative or on Executive direction 
oWorkflow approvals on behalf of executive based on the direction and company policy
oDocument preparation and filing
oMaintain inventory of office supplies 
oProject Administration Coordination
oResearch, draft or abstract reports 
Qualifications: 
•At least 7-8 yrs of administrative experience
•Proficiency with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
•Excellent communication skills
•Flexibility to travel  
•Ability to multitask
•Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff as well as outside vendors and clients
