The Window & Door Installer is responsible for expert level and top-quality installation of Marvin Replacement window & door projects.

  • We will meet or exceed labor rates for qualifying, top-quality candidates and work performed. Earnings potential of $100K to $250K and availability of year-round work for industry-leading workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Highlights of the Sub-Contracting Opportunity: 

  • Execute window and door installations sold by the Marvin Replacement sales team utilizing various trade methods standard within the industry.
  • Provide superior customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication and treatment of our customers.
  • Communicate all product and install issues to appropriate parties, including Marvin Replacement team and customer.
  • Hours will vary and will be influenced heavily on the wants and needs of our customers.

You're the right fit if you have:

  • At least two years of experience installing windows 
  • History and passion for high quality workmanship
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
  • Ability to safely transport windows and doors from our warehouse to job sites and ownership of own tools
  • Excellent and detail-oriented interior and exterior trim expertise required (e.g. break work, capping, caulking)
  • At least one additional helper to complete the jobs
  • Provide Certificate insurance for Commercial General Liability, Employer’s Liability, Automobile Liability, and Statutory Required Worker's Compensation
  • Strong preference for individual with, or willing to obtain, following licenses/certifications:
    • Installation Masters Certification
    • EPA LRRP / Lead-Safe Certification
