CentiMark Corporation has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced New Construction Field Supervisor in Charlotte, NC.

CentiMark Corporation is the nation’s largest commercial roofing contractor, with 100 offices and over 3,500 employees. Each office has dedicated crews for the installation and service of all major roof systems, who are highly trained and experienced with a focus on safety. The pay starts at $25/hr, based on experience.

Job Summary:

• Supervise multiple roofing production crews on large projects
• Responsible for working with other trades and general contractors
• Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site
• Daily communications with the Site Manager
• Planning and executing a successful project

Candidate Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in new construction
• Prior experience working with general contractors
• 3+ year’s supervisory construction experience
• Experience with commercial roofing systems: TPO, EPDM, BUR, & Coating Systems, preferred
• Ability to read Blueprints
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
• Proficient working with technology and learning new technology
• Valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required
• Willing to travel out of town as needed
• Bilingual is highly preferred
