Join our team as a Pediatric Float Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Syracuse, NY. This role supports day-shift operations across pediatric units, requiring flexibility to work in diverse clinical settings while delivering exceptional patient care.

Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Licensure: Active New York State CNA Certification
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of patient care experience, Level 1 trauma experience required
- Technical Skills: Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain/re-certify)
- Soft Skills: Adaptability, compassion, teamwork, and strong communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in pediatric units as a float CNA
- Assist with daily living activities, vital signs, and patient monitoring
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless unit coverage
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to safety protocols
