Job Title: Women's Philanthropy Director
Reports To: Chief Development Officer
Job Type: Full-Time, Salaried
Pay: $55,000 - $70,000 per year
About the Role:
We're looking for a passionate, community-minded professional to lead Women's Philanthropy at the Jewish Federation of Greater New Haven. This is a relationship-based role where you'll connect with women in our local Jewish community, plan meaningful programs and events, and help inspire support for causes that matter.

What You'll Do:
- Build strong relationships with donors, volunteers, and community members
- Plan events and programs that connect and inspire
- Work closely with lay leaders and volunteers on fundraising efforts
- Ask for donations in person, by phone, and at events
- Support long-term giving and legacy efforts
- Work some evenings and weekends for events and programs
