Part-time Physical Therapist
Join our team in White Pine, TN! Jefferson Park at White Pine, a state-of-the-art skilled nursing center contained in small-house, person-centered Green House Homes, is opening soon.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. If foreign-trained, the program must be deemed substantially equivalent to a Physical Therapist entry-level education in the U.S. by a credentials evaluation organization approved by the APTA.
- Active state license required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
- Active CPR certification.
- Annual physical and TB skin test required.
