Position Summary:
Necco has an opportunity for a career as Nurse. This role will provide the most value to the company by providing excellent medical care to the clients of Necco Center. The Nurse will ensure the safety, health and well-being of all clients in care.

Assessments
Perform nursing admission assessment within applicable timelines
Provide post-safe crisis management assessment within applicable timelines
Assess client needs and refer to appropriate provider as necessary
Service Delivery
Coordinate basic and emergency treatment for clients with outside medical facilities
Administer client medication and provide ongoing monitoring
Data Entry
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of incidents to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Necco policy
Complete mental health nursing documentation in an accurate and timely manner
Training and Development
Serve as a resource to non-nursing employees for any client medical issues
Attend all required trainings and departmental meetings as directed
Complete therapeutic behavior support/rehabilitation services as directed by supervisor

Position Qualifications
Current and Active License as Licensed Practical Nurse in Ohio (LPN only)
1+ year experience as Licensed RN or LPN in health care setting, as required by job title
Valid driver’s license
100/300/100 Auto Insurance Coverage
Must be willing to be on an on-call rotation
Must be willing to provide nursing services in an indoor and outdoor setting
Training and Travel willingness
Successful completion of all required criminal background checks
Must possess the skills to navigate and execute software programs (i.e Microsoft Office, Database, Electronic Health Record, Dashboard)
