Our client, one of the largest, most prestigious law firms in the United States, has an immediate need for an experienced, General Counsel Attorney, to join our winning team in New York.

Our candidate of choice will bring at least three years prior experience as in-house general counsel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

Researching and analyzing ethical rules and related legal questions
Reviewing and editing agreements with clients and third parties
Drafting and enforcing Firm policy and protocol
Assessing and advising on client and business conflicts
Responding to discovery requests
Assisting with potential claims and litigation
Assisting in creating trainings and delivering presentations
Ideal candidate would be familiar with ethics rules and be willing to take on a variety of tasks with significant responsibility and have excellent analytical, interpersonal, writing and presentation skills.
Candidates must have a high level of academic achievement from an accredited law school and be admitted to the NY Bar.
