Job Description
The New Model Launch Project Lead will lead the development and implementation of tooling /equipment / conveyance / facilities for new model assembly production in one or more FCA assembly plants.
Working within the framework of World Class Manufacturing (WCM)/World Class Technology (WCT), the Project Lead will drive continuous improvement to the processes and equipment while meeting program cost and timing requirements.
Employee evaluation and coaching are key aspects of this position.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to establish clear, achievable goals for their direct reports, and to establish and maintain a system to support their reports in achievement of those goals.
