Responsibilities

• Will be employed under the hospital owned medical group (Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi-specialty group)
• Currently, there are 21+ Primary Care Providers in the group.
• Primary Care (BC or BE - Internal Medicine and Family Medicine)
• Academic Opportunity - will support in-house Internal Medicine Residency Program.
• Potential Medical Directorship.
• Will support clinic in Hesperia, CA.
• Spanish or Korean speaking preferred.
• Starting salary is $250,000. (Negotiable)
• Base Salary + Productivity Bonus
• Sign on bonus and Relocation allowance (Negotiable)
• NHSC Accredited Hospital (Opportunity to apply for Loan Forgiveness)
• Position in Victorville, CA Around 45 minutes away from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga, CA
• Can take visa candidates (J1, H1B, O1)

Qualifications

Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options.  Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary.  A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $250,000 (negotiable) on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
