Preferred is currently looking for a reliable and compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) to join our Jersey City, New Jersey office. This office services pediatric, adult and geriatric clients in Hudson County.

Case Details:

• Located in Union City, New Jersey
• Adult client
• Spanish speaking preferred

Requirements:

• Valid CHHA License
• Physical
• PPD or Chest X-Ray
• MMR or Titers
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities:

• Providing one-to-one care in the home
• Taking direction from clinical team and overseen by a Registered Nurse
• Following the plan of care
• Following all clinical and office policies
