Preferred is currently looking for a reliable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Jersey City, New Jersey office. This office services pediatric, adult and geriatric clients in Hudson County.

Case Details:

• Located in Union City, New Jersey
• Pediatric client
• Trach/Vent and G-Tube experience preferred

Requirements:

• Valid LPN License
• Physical
• PPD or Chest X-Ray
• MMR or Titers
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities:

• Providing one-to-one care in the home
• Taking direction from clinical team and overseen by a Registered Nurse
• Following the plan of care
• Following all clinical and office policies
