Position Overview:

The Production Supervisor's primary responsibility is to build a cohesive team focused on reaching/exceeding SQDCPF (Site, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, and Financial) targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate customer order priorities and daily follow-up activities with Production Planners, Business Team (Manufacturing and Quality Engineering), and support groups
Lead resolution to hurdles interfering with production delivery plans (Man, Material, Machine, Method – 4M)
Complete and respond to grievances with HR and Union Officials
Ensure hourly team member compliance with all safety standards and work rules.

Support preventive maintenance schedules
Lead/Support SMED and Kaizen activities

Required Experience:

1-2 years in a manufacturing environment
