Snider Fleet Solutions, a leading commercial tire dealer and retread provider, is hiring a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and repair equipment to minimize downtime.

Training program
Qualifications:
Electrical certification, mechanical or technical degree (preferred)
2 - 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance & repair (required)
Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, including PLCs, VFDs, ladder logic, motors (AC up to 480V and DC), contacts, and relays
Experience reading and interpreting electrical and pneumatic schematics; general maintenance knowledge of manufacturing equipment
Proficient with service equipment, hand tools, and diagnostic methods; welding and air compressor maintenance experience (strongly preferred)
Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate to maximize equipment uptime
Experience with MS Office and ability to learn and use new software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain tire supplier equipment; ensure peak performance and quality
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues to OEM specifications
Replace parts quickly to reduce downtime and restore functionality
Keep accurate work logs, maintenance records, and inspection reports
Support Retread and TRACS departments as needed
Manage inventory levels and order replacement parts
Operate equipment such as forklifts, gantry cranes, man lifts, and hoists
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; follow all PPE and safety rules
Work a flexible schedule with overtime and some weekend shifts as needed
