WHAT DUNGARVIN OFFERS:
Starting salary range: $66,600 - $70,300/yr
Monday - Friday Schedule, No Holidays, Weekends or Evenings!

Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
·We offer activities on-site as well as outings and participation in local community events
· The Program Director will help create a lasting positive impact on people's lives and enjoy coaching, mentoring, and encouraging others to reach their goals
· Overall operations of the Day Program including developing and monitoring quality services, budgets, facility and financial responsibilities
· Community integration of the people we serve
· Ensuring customer satisfaction
· Hiring, training and overall supervision of staff
· Compliance with regulations, policies and procedures
· Development of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and the coordination of behavioral supports
· Collaboration with stakeholders and partners and the coordinating the services of consultants
Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
·3 years Human services experience in the fields of intellectual/ developmental disabilities or mental health with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
·2 years of Direct care experience or training in one of the following:
In a licensed adult day program or an adult day health care facility.
·Experience working with Community Care Licensing and knowledge of Title 22 and Title 17 regulations.
NICE TO HAVE:
·Bachelor's degree in human services field (Psychology, Counseling, social work, Allied Health, Educational Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, etc.) with a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in Human Services Facility
HOURS:
·Full-time schedule must have flexibility to accommodate program, individual, and staff needs
·Ability to be on-call at all times during program operations unless prior arrangements have been made for someone of comparable authority to receive calls.
