Assessments
● Perform nursing admission assessment within applicable timelines
● Provide post-safe crisis management assessment within applicable timelines
● Assess client needs and refer to appropriate provider as necessary
Service Delivery
● Coordinate basic and emergency treatment for clients with outside medical facilities
● Administer client medication and provide ongoing monitoring
Data Entry
● Ensure accurate and timely documentation of incidents to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Necco policy
● Complete mental health nursing documentation in an accurate and timely manner
Training and Development
● Serve as a resource to non-nursing employees for any client medical issues
● Attend all required trainings and departmental meetings as directed
● Complete therapeutic behavior support/rehabilitation services as directed by supervisor

Position Qualifications
● Current and Active License as Registered Nurse in Ohio (RN only)
● Current and Active License as Licensed Practical Nurse in Ohio (LPN only)
● 1+ year experience as Licensed RN or LPN in health care setting, as required by job title
● Valid driver’s license
● 100/300/100 Auto Insurance Coverage
● Must be willing to be on an on-call rotation
● Must be willing to provide nursing services in an indoor and outdoor setting
● Training and Travel willingness
● Successful completion of all required criminal background checks
● Must possess the skills to navigate and execute software programs (i.e Microsoft Office, Database, Electronic Health Record, Dashboard)
