We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient assistance. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies

  • Assist customers with order processing, billing, and general inquiries

  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary

  • Maintain and update customer records in the system

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient customer support

  • Track customer interactions and prepare reports on service performance

  • Assist in developing customer service procedures and policies

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
