Warehouse coordinators are responsible for reviewing the paperwork for all incoming and outgoing orders, process all orders with deficits/quantity changes, issue and receive production and process all labels and ASN’s for special requirement orders.
Essential Job Functions:
Review all Bill of Ladings and Stock Transfer Orders to verify complete and processed correctly.
Scan and submit all completed Bill of Ladings to the Billing Department.
Scan and attach all completed Stock Transfer Orders to the shared drive.
Review and scan previous day’s guard logs and appointment logs.
Review/process all Purchase orders and Return Authorization.
Process all special labeling requirement orders
EX: Print copies of the Bill of Ladings/release forms, provide copies of the orders to shipping and receiving as needed, route order if required, enter in team calendar. [Amazon, AAFES, Lowes Trans American(4WP)]
Provide copies of Bill of Ladings for all container shipments to the customer when the order ships. (Mid-Pacific, Blanco Forwarder, Matson, and AAFES.
Filing – Daily and boxing up at end of month.
Assess, notify and complete receipt of goods of all stock transfer orders that are in deficit or have a quantity adjustment.
Process damage reports for warehouse and REPACK.
Issue product to REPACK based of Shift Plan (sent daily).
Process Receipt of Goods for product reworked by REPACK (work orders submitted daily).
Scan and attach all paperwork/back up for transactions processed in SAP.
Work with customer service and other members of the warehouse as necessary.
Perform routine clerical duties.
Follow the steps of all established procedures.
Run daily reports
Position Requirements
High school diploma
Minimum of 2 years office experience
Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs and SAP.
