✨ About the Role
WPM is looking for friendly, energetic, and sales-driven individuals to join our leasing teams at Butler Ridge/Westview Commons (Reisterstown, MD) and Pleasant Ridge (Owings Mills, MD).
Our Leasing Specialists play a vital role in transforming apartments into homes by:

This role is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in customer service, sales, or marketing. Leasing and Entrata software experience preferred.
📋 Key Responsibilities

📞 Track and record all phone and walk-in traffic; prepare weekly traffic reports.

📝 Assist applicants with leasing applications and documentation.

📣 Maintain marketing materials and participate in resident outreach/marketing events.

🏘️ Manage vacancies: update reports, complete checklists, and prepare units for move-in (including light cleaning).

🎊 Support resident retention through events and community engagement.

👩💼 Assist Property Managers with operations: correspondence, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks.

📂 Maintain accurate files (residents, vendors, invoices, insurance certificates).

📞 Provide phone coverage and office support as needed.
